He sleeps for a long time but Sameth does wake up and simply lays there, everything hurts so he decides to not move.

Sabriel woke up too and is around and about but if anyone wishes to talk to Sam, he's not going anywhere for a while.

"I'd like that," she says with a shy smile. "Now as I was saying, the devices I've been trying to come up with will help guard her against those with powers. I think something to get her out of the situation as quickly as possible would be the best and so my best design is this one. If I can get it working, it will freeze time for everyone but her for about 10 seconds. If she runs as soon as she activates it, it should be most effective. I'll key it to her DNA so no one else can use it, don't want some bank robber getting a hold of it."

"That sounds like a good plan, you can buy a lot of time with ten seconds."

[time_dancer]

"That's assuming I can make it. This other one is similar," she says flipping the page. "Upon activation she would phase out meaning that material objects would pass through her. I think some energy would as well."

"Wouldn't that be trickier to manage?"

[time_dancer]

Val nods. "It's also not as effective. There's also this one which would teleport her to a predetermined place. Only problem with this one is what if she's already there?"

"They both sound good."

Then Sameth yawns,

"Sorry, I should probably rest."

[time_dancer]

"Oh my gosh," Val says blushing. "I hadn't realized how long I've been here! I'll let you get some rest but don't be surprised if I pick your brain for any ideas later."

And with that she waves and turns to go.

"I don't mind. I'd love to talk more."

He grins and blushes too,

"Just find me and we'll talk."
